What is the HelpDesk?
The HelpDesk is our online question and answer area for the Net3Media
Network of Sites. We call your questions "Contact/Support Tickets".
How the HelpDesk
Works:
Posting here goes
straight through to Net3Media. If your question requires an answer, you
will receive an email with the answer to your question. At any time you
can return to the HelpDesk to review the status of your ticket. You will
need your email address and the password you assigned to the ticket at
the time you submitted it. See the bottom of this page for your options.
